Scope arguments are what make small web projects miserable for everybody. So here is the whole thing, including the parts that are not included.
- • Two weeks from the day I have your content and access — not from the day you pay.
- • One round of changes included, within seven days of delivery.
- • You own everything — the domain, the accounts, the content. I am not holding anything hostage.
- • Nothing renews. There is no retainer and no subscription unless you specifically ask for the platform.
Site + Setup

Your site rebuilt and live, using the photographs and words you already have.
- Up to 6 pages
- Your photos optimised, with real alt text written
- Page titles, descriptions and business markup
- Google Business Profile, Analytics and Search Console connected
- Redirects from your old pages so your rankings survive the move
- One round of changes, within 7 days
Not included: You supply the content. Extra pages, copywriting from scratch, logo design and email migration are quoted separately.
Site + Optimisation
$650
The site, plus three hours working out how the business actually runs.
- Everything in Site + Setup
- Discovery: where your leads come from and where they get lost
- Roadmap: what to fix first, costed and in order
- Handover: training on what was built
- Enquiry form live and routed to you
- Online payments set up on your own Stripe account
- Three document templates — contract, invoice, questionnaire
Not included: Bought separately these are $750. Templates are capped at three.
Client Portal

Not included: Then a monthly subscription at your own rate. Card processing runs through your own Stripe account, so the money is always yours first.
